1.悍(han)接(jie)外層肯定保護清洗
或許是可焊性好的焊件,由長遠存放和廢棄物等理由,焊件的從表面層幾率生產有很大危害性的氧化的膜、油污清洗等。故,在進行焊結前一定要保養從表面層,以至于無發保持效果。2.熔接時(shi)溫、耗(hao)時(shi)要相應,加水不規(gui)則
錫焊時,將焊料和被焊不銹鋼熱處理加熱到錫焊氣溫,使融化的焊料在被焊不銹鋼漆層打濕向外擴散并養成不銹鋼氧化物。從而,要維持焊點結實牢固,一些 要有合適的錫焊氣溫。 在足夠了高的氣溫下,焊料才可以足夠浸透,并足夠分散變成碳素鋼層。過高的氣溫也不便于焊的。焊確切時段對焊錫、焊器件的浸透性、融入層變成會有特別大的作用。確切把握好焊確切時段是焊的至關重要。3.焊(han)點要有足(zu)夠的(de)機制(zhi)屈服強度
